This terrifying guy pictured below is the Secretary of State of Kansas.
He wanted to get identifying information from voters in fifty states because he agreed that Hillary couldn't have possibly won the popular vote by ~3 million votes(trying to explain it away as "only California" didn't wash). So he decided
to go after voters' personally identifying information. To their credit, 45 states said no.
The unfortunate effect in Colorado was that many voters removed themselves from the rolls, thereby playing right into Korbach's hands.
I do advocate for fair-voting and although this one can't possibly be slanted positively vis-à-vis voting, except 45 states saying NO; nevertheless, here this is.
