Dakin I Need with Meredith Brooks
The above link has lyrics I added to Meredith Brooks’ “I Need”. It is a satirical song about materialistic greed and I changed it to be more of a positive wish list for the Animal Shelter for both animals and volunteers. With many more donations: much had improved in these areas by the time the pandemic hit and then DakinHumane.org was holding more animals offsite in individual foster homes. The Capitol switchboard, where you can call members of Congress is surprisingly well staffed and efficient! You can call to register your opinion about anything! I called Kyrsten Sinema, Joe Manchin III and Susan Collins and it
didn’t change the vote on the filibuster necessary to pass voting rights legislation. Republicans I hear applauded loudly. But I made my voice heard. Even if they’re just

Dear Friends, September and November we may be caught in a second wave of Covid-19 and it’s not safe to vote in person. Also it’s high time we had voting day be a holiday. Also: Immunity = Mutiny!
The Economist finally said our electoral college district is outmoded and favors the more doctrinaire Republicans(most of the moderate ones have long left the party)!
For primaries and the November 3rd presidential election. All votes matter but November 3rd couldn’t be more crucial.
Let’s do it soon before Trump figures out we are doing this! Update: By now it is painfully evident he already figured it out and is doing everything to stop it.
